Welcome to Jafari Systems Biology Lab

Nothing in Biology Makes Truly Sense Except in the Light of Systems Biology.

We study the complex biological systems by considering systems biology paradigm with emphasis on omics approaches. Our interdisciplinary research revolves around genes, proteins, metabolites, their properties, interactions and their expression profile to gain understanding of the design of biological processes. We use experimental and computational tools concurrently to reconstruct the underlying molecular networks to achieve this goal. We are systems biologists who try to develop mechanistic biology, model biological phenomena, simulate them and validate the models.
